Director of IbizaHouse, Ignacio Espigares del Pozo, is a technical architect (specialised in project development and execution) who received his degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He manages and leads our great team of professionals as they work to provide solutions adapted to each client’s different needs.

He founded IbizaHouse in 2006 following a long professional career which included a stint as head of the technical department at leading quality property developer Progilsa Group. His experience covers numerous small- and large-scale renovations, demolitions and refurbishments. With over 10 years’ professional experience on the island, carrying out and managing the construction of over 1,000 homes, he has gained the support of the best suppliers, which enable him to guarantee the most competitive offer to his clients, every time.
